Professional installation. Very good to work with and met promised timeframe for completion.

We had a deck and railing built around part of our pool using composite boards and PVC. We also had a locking gate installed at the top of the deck. Shortly after completion of the project we noticed that a decorative support was missing from one of the rails. In addition, the rivets that attach the latch to the gate came loose making the gate hard to latch. I contacted Oscar and he said these things were not something that would be covered by the warranty, but they would take care of them for us. He said he would contact me later that day to schedule a time for them to make the repairs. This was months ago and I still haven't received that call, but I have received multiple requests to post a review. At this point, I will make the repairs myself. On a positive note, the office staff was easy to work with and responsive.

Great company! Timely, responsive, professional and great price. Their rep that came to our house to plan the project, Oscar, was also very knowledgeable and helped us map out our priorities for the deck addition we wanted. I certainly appreciated their quote as well with line items that broke down where the money was being spent. I would recommend them to anyone.
